These are the rules that keep this a place worth returning to.

• Tell the truth, gently. Honest doesn't mean brutal. Speak from your experience, not other people's.
• Protect anonymity. Never try to identify another member. Don't name people who didn't consent.
• No advice unless asked. Presence beats solutions. If someone asks for help, help.
• No selling, no promoting. This isn't a marketing channel. Products, coaches and links get removed.
• No hate, no cruelty. Racism, misogyny, ableism, mockery of pain — instant removal.
• Signal, don't punish. Use Report when something feels off. Our moderators respond.
